Abstract

This research examines the increasing rivalry between the United States and China in the Domain of Artificial Intelligence (AI) through a lens of international relationship principles, with a specific attention to the implications of Pakistan's technical field. Paper explained how the two superpowers have included AI in their national strategies and international ambitions, and how this mobility affects developing countries as Pakistan. The study enforces realism, addiction theory, innovation system theory and technical-nationalism to understand how Pakistan navigates this geopolitical and technical competition. By assessing national interests, technology transfer and AI-operated management model, Paper provides a comprehensive analysis of Pakistan's strategic status and capacity for technological development. This concludes that Pakistan will use a balanced, diverse and autonomous strategy to protect its sovereignty and adapt its technological development among global AI rivals.
